Senior Prospect Management Analyst – Requisition #273054
The Senior Prospect Management Analyst holds a pivotal role within the Prospect Development team at Duke Health Development and Alumni Affairs (DHDAA). This team researches, analyzes, and disseminates information to direct and inform solicitation and engagement strategies for prospective and current donors to Duke Health. The Senior Prospect Management Analyst will perform a variety of duties to support assignment and prospect data requests within multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. They will partner with DHDAA fundraisers and colleagues to ensure Prospect Management best practices are being observed, and that donors are effectively moving through the solicitation cycle. This role is highly collaborative and interfaces with staff throughout DHDAA and Duke Alumni Engagement and Development.

Executive Director, Strategic Events – Interviews in process
The Executive Director of Strategic Events reports directly to the Associate Vice President of Advancement Programs and Campaign and leads the management of Duke Health Development and Alumni Affairs Strategic Events team. The position is responsible for planning and coordinating programs that enhance and support the cultivation, stewardship, engagement, and fundraising objectives of Duke Health Development and Alumni Affairs, and for developing policies, protocols, technology tools, and standards for event execution and programming. This position requires interaction with the highest level of Duke Health leadership, represents Duke Health with donor and alumni constituents, and defines and supervises work processes for multiple individuals on complex projects. This position manages the overall Strategic Events program for Duke Health Development and Alumni Affairs.
Director, Children's Donor and Patient Relations - Requisition #272297
The Director of Donor and Patient Relations is a dynamic and mission-driven leader who plays a critical role in advancing philanthropic support for Duke Children's. This position drives strategic engagement through best-in-class donor and patient relations, powerful patient storytelling, innovative content development, program management and impactful community partnerships. The role integrates stewardship, and public facing initiatives to elevate awareness and inspire giving in support of Duke Children's mission.
This position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Duke Children's and Duke Cancer Institute Development and works collaboratively with colleagues throughout the Duke Children's team and Duke Health Development and Alumni Affairs (and Duke University) to maximize marketing and communication support of Duke Children's.

Provide high-level administrative support to assigned team members of the individual Giving team on a wide range of issues, including complex situations of a confidential and sensitive nature.
