Director of Development, Medicine, Surgery, Clinical Care - Requisition #257037

The Director of Development, Duke Health reports to the Senior Executive Director of Development, Duke Health and develops fundraising programs and strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward grateful patients, and friends of Duke Health Medicine, Surgery and Clinical Care areas, including the Department of Medicine and areas involved with solid organ transplantation for significant gifts to fund projects and priorities.

This individual will be a fundraiser, builder, strategist and creative and collaborative problem solver. They will work to build and enhance collaborative relationships with individuals across assigned areas and Duke Health Development and Alumni Affairs with a goal to advance fundraising.

Assistant Vice President, Transformational Giving - Requisition #256747

The Assistant Vice President for Transformational Giving reports to the Vice President of Development & Alumni Affairs for Duke Health Development & Alumni Affairs, and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) is responsible for building and leading the Transformational Giving Program, supporting the development of principal and transformational gifts strategy, relationships and securing gifts of $5M+ to support Duke Health.

This individual will be a driven, focused and collaborative fundraiser, coach, mentor, strategist, and problem solver to advance this critical area of philanthropy.

Associate Vice President of Development, Duke University Health System - Requisition #256684

The Associate Vice President of Development, Duke University Health System reports to the Vice President of Development & Alumni Affairs for Duke Health Development & Alumni Affairs (DHDAA), and is a member of the senior leadership team.

The Associate Vice President (AVP) is a responsible for developing, managing, and leading all aspects of the fundraising program in support of Duke University Health System (DUHS) and also serves to support the greater fundraising efforts of DHDAA.

This individual will be an accomplished, driven, focused and collaborative fundraiser, coach, mentor, strategist and problem solver to advance this critical area of philanthropy.
